Simply email your advertisement with photograph and it will be submitted on to The Horse Market within 48 hours.

Advertisements will be free of charge as a special introductory offer for one month’s coverage.  For trade enquiries, please contact us as this could be subject to change as dependent on requirements and size of advertisement.

Orders over £150 - delivery is Free

Orders under £150- delivery is £7.99 for heavy/larger items (postage on smaller items are specified)

For International orders, please email ShoppingVillage@thehorsemarket.co.uk with your address and items to be ordered to get a postage quotation.

We aim to despatch goods within 3 clear working days for goods in stock, after full payment received and any cheques sent have cleared. However, under exceptional circumstances or increase in demand, please allow up to 14 days.
Please note that a signatory must be present at the advised delivery address. The courier cannot make a timed delivery.
Rugs and heavy items may take 7 - 10 working days

Out Of Stock Items. 

If any item ordered is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible by email or phone. We may offer you a similar item as an alternative or place an item on back order. We will keep you informed at all stages of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges.

We will exchange or issue refund (less P&P) providing goods are returned to us in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and that goods are clearly labelled as we will not be held responsible for any goods not received or damaged in transit. If an item is faulty or any dissatisfaction with goods, we must be informed within 48 hours of receipt. Please send all items to The Horse Market, 9 The Acorns, Smarden, Kent TN27 8QS.

Privacy Notice.

The information we learn from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience at The Horse Market. We do not store sensitive information on our computers. Credit card transactions are handled by Paypal.  We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. Like many websites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses The Horse Market. If you choose to disable "cookies", you will still be able to access and buy from our shop, but some of our personalised features will not be available to you.
E-mail Communications: We DO NOT pass on e-mail addresses to third parties. Any e-mail sent from The Horse Market will only be in connection with any order made, an enquiry you may wish to make, or because you have requested we send you our newsletter.

2nd Hand Shop

If you wish to sell anything other than Livestock, you can sell online easily. Simply email your advertisement along with pictures (maximum 1 photo per item) and it will be added to our Shopping Village within 48 hours.  The buyer can complete the transaction online and then the seller can despatch to the buyer by post or the buyer can contact you via The Horse Market to arrange to pick up the item. 

To advertise in this section is free, once sold a 10% charge is made subject to a minimum charge of £1 or maximum charge of £30. Payment to the seller from The Horse Market will only be made once the item has safely been received by the buyer (please read terms and conditions). It is recommended that the seller includes postal insurance into their postage and packing prices.
